This website provides information about PEEK PRESSURE and a way to contact us, request information, or schedule a conversation. Website content about cleaning methods is general information and is not a substitute for a property-specific assessment, manufacturer instructions, product label or safety data sheet.
Quotes and scope
Quotes and pricing depend on the information available, including the property, surface, condition, access, size and agreed scope. A quote is not an agreement to perform work until the scope, price and applicable terms are accepted. Work is limited to the agreed scope unless a written change is approved.
Cleaning-only service scope
PEEK PRESSURE is an exterior cleaning business, not a construction, remodeling, repair, installation, or property-improvement business. Our services are limited to cleaning activities that are specifically agreed with the customer, including pressure washing, related exterior surface cleaning, and interior or exterior vehicle cleaning when that service is offered.
Unless expressly and lawfully agreed in a separate written agreement, PEEK PRESSURE does not perform or contract for construction, remodeling, alteration, repair, replacement, installation, painting, coating, sealing, resurfacing, landscaping, roofing, electrical, plumbing, structural work, demolition, or other modification or improvement of real property. We do not promise to restore, rebuild, repair, modify, or improve a surface; we provide cleaning only.
A cleaning service may change the appearance of a surface because dirt, staining, organic growth, oxidation, existing coatings, weathering, or other conditions are removed or exposed. That does not mean PEEK PRESSURE has agreed to repair or improve the underlying surface.
California law, licensing, and consumer rights
PEEK PRESSURE will comply with licensing, permitting, contract, cancellation, consumer-protection, environmental, safety, and other requirements that apply to the services actually performed. We will not represent that we hold a California contractor license or other credential unless we actually hold the applicable credential and identify it where required.
California contractor and home-improvement laws can apply based on the nature of work performed, not merely the label used for a service. If a requested project is outside our cleaning-only scope or would require a license, permit, registration, or other credential that PEEK PRESSURE does not have, we may decline the work or refer the customer to an appropriately qualified provider. Nothing in these Terms waives, limits, or replaces any non-waivable right or remedy under California law.
Where a particular transaction is subject to mandatory California contract or cancellation requirements, the applicable written agreement and required notices will control over any inconsistent general website language.
Cleaning results and surface conditions
Exterior surfaces and stains vary significantly. Cleaning can reveal pre-existing damage or conditions that cannot be identified remotely. We will use reasonable care and an appropriate cleaning method based on the observable conditions and agreed scope, but removal of every stain or restoration of damaged, etched, deteriorated, coated, weathered or otherwise compromised surfaces cannot be guaranteed.
Some stains may be deeply embedded, chemically altered, or permanently bonded to a substrate. Pressure and cleaning chemistry can also affect sensitive materials when improperly selected. PEEK PRESSURE may decline a treatment when the risk of damage is unreasonable.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide reasonably accurate property information, disclose known hazards or sensitive areas, secure valuables and personal property, and provide safe access to the agreed work area. Customers are responsible for obtaining owner, landlord, HOA, tenant or property-manager authorization when required.
Water, runoff and site conditions
Customers should identify drains, landscaping, sensitive surfaces and other site conditions that could affect cleaning. PEEK PRESSURE will use reasonable care regarding water and runoff within the agreed scope, but site-specific conditions may affect what methods are feasible.
Scheduling and cancellation
A booking request is not necessarily a confirmed service appointment until PEEK PRESSURE confirms the appointment and agreed scope. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms applicable to a particular service will be disclosed before the customer is bound by them. Nothing here limits any cancellation or rescission right provided by California or federal law.
Payments and deposits
Prices, payment timing, deposits and cancellation terms will be stated in the applicable quote or service contract. For transactions subject to California home-improvement contracting rules, payment and deposit practices will comply with applicable law.
AI assistant
Lucy is an AI assistant that provides general information and helps collect service inquiries. Lucy does not independently enter into contracts, change agreed pricing, authorize work, or make promises on behalf of PEEK PRESSURE. A human-confirmed quote or service agreement controls.
Communications
When you provide contact information, we may use it to respond to your inquiry, coordinate service, or communicate about an existing customer relationship. We do not treat a website inquiry as consent to unrelated marketing. Any promotional or recurring communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Disputes and governing law
These website terms are governed by applicable California law, except where federal law controls. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. Any service-specific written contract may contain additional dispute-resolution provisions that apply to that service.
Changes
We may update these terms as our services or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
